PI F-713.HAx and F-713HUx High-Speed 6-DOF Photonics Alignment Systems

F-713.Hax and F-713.HUx combine compact hexapods with a highly dynamic, ultra-high resolution NanoCube® fast piezo scanning stage for precise 6-DOF positioning, scanning and optimization.
These integrated systems feature powerful automated scan/align routines that enable fast, simultaneous optimization across multiple channels, I/Os and degrees of freedom.
The systems support a wide range of applications, including:
- Silicon photonics (SiPh) wafer probing
- Photonic integrated circuit (PIC) testing and alignment
- Fiber-array alignment
- Photonic assembly and packaging
PI’s 6-DoF fiber alignment systems include the F-713.HA1, F-713.HA2, and F-713.HU1. Standard configurations are available in low-profile and upright versions, providing compact, high-speed solutions for demanding automated photonics alignment applications.
